Swim season started with the first middle school meet at Coffee yesterday. The boys finished 1st and girls finished 2nd. Middle school has a home meet this Thursday, Oct 26th and Varsity has their first meet this Saturday, Oct. 28th also at home. #4theT

Congratulations to the ESMS FFA Land Judging team for a successful season. After winning the Area 5 CDE, the team finished 8th in the state at the Sunbelt Ag Expo on Wednesday! Team members are Bo Golden, Katie McClendon, Andon Rhodes and Will Wise.

ABAC's Grant Rentz, Forest Manager and Ethan Fink, student intern hosted ESMS Careers students. Students were introduced to careers in forestry and wildlife. They were able to see first hand many of the wildlife species we have here in Georgia.

Lynda Fisher shared her prosthetic journey with Mrs. Story’s 7th grade healthcare class. Students were able to see different sockets, prosthetics, tools, and sleeves, as well as learn the lengthy process it takes to customize a prosthetic limb. Ms. Fisher also judged the prosthetic lower extremities that Mrs. Story’s students created earlier in the week!
