We are pleased to inform you that students will return to school on Thursday, October 3rd, following the recent inclement weather days.
Thank you to our parents and community for your patience and support during this time. We look forward to having our students back in our schools to resume instruction and continue working toward increased achievement for the school year.
Our transportation team is working to develop new bus stops for our students who live off of dirt roads that have been washed out and are not passable. Please be patient with our transportation team as they work to navigate continued road closures.

While schools remain closed for students today, we will once again offer an opportunity for meal bag pickup. Parents may bring students to any of our schools (except for Annie Belle Clark and Tift County High School) beginning at 9am, to pick up a meal bag that includes breakfast and lunch. Quantities will be limited, and they will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. #4theT
All Tift County Schools will remain closed for students on Wednesday, October 2nd. In order to help determine readiness for our students to return, all staff members are asked to report. We will provide families with an update by early afternoon tomorrow regarding Thursday, October 3rd.
