PLAY CARDS COMING SOON TO TIFT COUNTY STUDENTS! Georgia Public Library Service and PINES public libraries partner with school districts across Georgia to offer PINES Library Access for Youth (PLAY). The PLAY student library card program provides fines-free access to books and online resources to help students succeed in school.
