Mrs. Deen's class learning all about our Community Helpers and their equipment on Kindergarten Community Helper Day!





Mrs. Schwartz’s second graders gathered around the campfire to share their favorite personal narratives they have been writing the past few weeks. The authors earned special badges for the elements they included in their writings and s'mores .





I would like to personally thank all of the students, faculty, staff, and parents who helped to make our fall book fair a success! All funds will go toward purchasing new items for our library.

Mrs. Howell came to read to both of our Pre K classes today in honor of Pre K Week.




Matt Wilson student Xander Olguin practices reading all kinds of books at home and is becoming such a strong reader!


Reminder: Book Fair continues until Friday, October 7th. Parents/Grandparents are welcome to shop with their student during the school day from 7:55 am-2:55 pm.


Last month, Natalie May read “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” to her mom. This month she is reading “Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator.”


Ms. Powell's Pre K class learned about the Georgia peach, the Cherokee rose, and the brown thrasher because of how important they all are to Georgia during the second day of Pre K week.





Mrs. Powell's Pre K class enjoyed Mrs. Mock coming to read Bark, George and If you Give a Moose a Muffin to the class!


Mrs. Amber and Ms. Elisa’s Pre K class enjoyed having Mrs. Mock come read to them to celebrate Pre K week.


Joshua and Alicia Bernard are snuggling up with a blanket and a good book! They have both finished up their September Bingo Reading Calendars and look forward to receiving a dress down pass.



Mrs. Powell's Pre K class wants to give a big thank you to the kind staff that wished them a happy Pre-K Week through Flipgrid; you guys make Pre-K feel so special! :)





Mrs. Powell's Pre K students enjoyed listening to Mr. Hathaway read the book Hey, Georgia and also LOVED that they got to take home their very own copy!





Mrs. Deloach's Pre K students celebrated 30 years of GA Pre-K by tearing paper to make the number 30.
